    Windforestee Outdoor is a family owned and operated retailor and distributor exclusively forpremium international outdoor brands based in Beijing. Currently there are three retailing stores strategically located in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, in addition to distribution and on-line retailing business.

    The founder, Mr. Alex Mao, has been highly enthusiastic and passionate about outdoor activities since his college years at Peking University where he once served as president of outdoor club.  It was the frustration at the time that he was not able to obtain quality equipment needed for his fellow enthusiastsled to his determination to bring world class outdoor products to his friends, club members and the broad Chinese consumers.  With this vision, plus his determination, dedication and strong family support, two years after his graduation, he turned his life’s passion into a career andfound the Windforestee Outdoor.

    In 2014, Windforestee started distribution business for Montane in China, a high-end European outdoor brand based in UK, and provides Chinese consumers with top-notch ultra-light outdoor clothing and equipment.
